What do I need to apply?
Your national ID, an active phone number and email address, and your M-Pesa statement. The application tells you exactly which documents to upload.
How do I get my M-Pesa statement?
You can request a full M-Pesa statement from the M-PESA app or by dialling the Safaricom statement service. Upload the PDF exactly as you receive it. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN.
Why do you verify my identity?
Identity verification protects you and us against fraud and is part of our responsibilities as a financing provider.
Why do you need a next-of-kin contact?
We only contact your next of kin if we cannot reach you about your application or financing. They are not a guarantor and are not responsible for any payments.
